Processing Time
Each item is handcrafted with care, and processing can take up to 4 weeks before shipping.
During busy seasons—such as holidays, sales, and new seasonal launches—processing times will likely be closer to the 4-week mark, especially for custom embroidery orders. I appreciate your patience and support for my handmade business!
Shipping Providers + Time
When checking out you can select from USPS, UPS or DHL for your orders. Your shipping time and cost will vary depending on which provider you choose. Ensure your shipping address is correct, if it is not please contact us right away so we can fix it before we ship your dog fluff out.
Lost Packages
Cali Fluff Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages via USPS do have a $100 insurance included in case they do get lost. Possible issues can be:
- USPS says it's delivered but I don't see it. If USPS or UPS states it was delivered and you don't see it, please wait 24 hours. Sometimes, they can mark things as delivered early, when really they haven't been. Check around with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. Still don't see it? Make sure your shipping address was correct–if it's not correct please send an email to support@califluffco.com so that we can keep an eye out to see if it's returned to us. If the address is correct, please fill out a missing package form request with USPS. This will trigger USPS to try and locate the package, if not found we can file a claim so you can get your money back. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking.

My package hasn't been scanned in. It can take up to 48 hours for your package to be scanned in. Please be aware that if your order was shipped via USPS, due to staffing shortages, the Postal Service has not been consistently scanning packages or updating tracking information. Your order has shipped, but there may be a temporary lapse in tracking information and your status may show "USPS Awaiting Item." Unless we notify you otherwise, your order has indeed been picked up by USPS. If you find it's still been days since you've seen it scan in fill out a missing package form request with USPS and just let us know so we can watch with you. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking.
- My package scanned in at the wrong state. Unfortunately this is something that happens with USPS, don't worry they will figure it out and get it on track.
- I entered the wrong address. Please send an email to support@califluffco.com so that we can keep an eye out to see if it's returned to us.
Note: Cali Fluff Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping provider. We are unable to re-ship products.
