Shipping & Processing
Where are designs placed on the bandana?
Our designs are placed on the lower half of the bandana. This is based on customer feedback to keep the embroidery visible, even when the bandana is folded!
Can I request my design be higher?
Absolutely! If you prefer the design stitched a bit higher, just mention it in the customization box during checkout and we’ll take care of it.
How many characters can I include in my design?
The size of your bandana and the length of your customization both affect how big your embroidery will be. To keep things looking crisp and cute, here’s the max number of characters (including spaces) I recommend per line:
- X-SMALL: up to 19 characters
- SMALL: up to 21 characters
- MEDIUM: up to 26 characters
- LARGE: up to 27 characters
- X-LARGE: up to 30 characters
If you're not sure if your phrase will fit, just note in your customization box that it can be broken up to fit best.
How should I type my customization?
Please enter your text exactly how you want it stitched. That includes capitalization and punctuation. For example:
“HELLO” vs. “hello” vs. “Hello”
How do I request a combo font or thread color?
If you’re choosing a combo (either fonts or thread colors), be sure to clearly list it in the customization box. For example:
certified (serif)
anxious (script)
boy (serif)
You can also add any notes like “Make ‘anxious’ hot pink and the rest white.” The more detail, the better!
I can’t decide what color combo to choose-help?!
We get it, there are so many dreamy options! If you’re feeling stuck, head to our Canva Mockup Tool to play around with fonts and thread colors in real time. It’s the best way to visualize your custom design before ordering.

How long will it take to ship my custom?
Custom embroidered bandanas have a processing time of 3-4 weeks since each piece is made just for you based on your specifications. Because of this, these items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake on my end, no exceptions.
✨ Heads up! During big launches, sales, or the holiday rush, processing time will be the full 4 weeks. Thanks for your patience and support–it truly means the world!
How long will it take to ship my custom?
We do! We ask that you keep in mind any possible customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on country.
Also, remember that international orders take a bit longer to get to their destination once they are shipped.
