REFUNDS

All Cali Fluff Co. items are handmade to order, which means we're unable to accept returns. Before purchasing, please use our sizing guide to find the right fit for your fluff. If you're ever unsure, just reach out before you order and we're happy to help! For custom embroidery orders, please double-check your customization details (name spelling, font choice, etc.) before submitting, as we begin production shortly after an order is placed and changes may not be possible once it's in queue.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges only in two situations: your item arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item by mistake. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrived damaged—meaning torn fabric, missing or broken hardware, or a stain—you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@califluffco.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

Please note: we're not able to offer exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or customization errors submitted by the customer.
