Fluff Pack Subscription Terms
THE FLUFF PACK
The Fluff Pack is a monthly digital subscription that provides early access, exclusive design options, and special perks for Cali Fluff Co. customers. It does not include automatic product shipments.
BILLING + RENEWAL
When you join the Fluff Pack, you’ll be charged $8 per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis. Your payment details are stored securely, and your subscription will continue month-to-month unless canceled.
ACCESS + PERKS
While subscribed, Fluff Pack members receive access to:
- Exclusive embroidery colors (including a growing library of past exclusives)
- Early shopping access before public launches
- Fluff Pack–only imagery and special designs
- First access to the seasonal mockup tool
Perks are available only while your subscription is active and may change or evolve over time.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Fluff Pack subscription at any time through your account. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to Fluff Pack perks until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
REFUNDS
Because the Fluff Pack provides immediate digital access and benefits, all subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
CHANGES TO FLUFF PACK
Cali Fluff Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue Fluff Pack perks at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
