Ready To Ship Products
Pre-made walk bags, water bottles, slow feeders, lick mats, and walk accessories (poop loops, poop bag holders), along with other in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days!
Custom Products
Cups, mugs, apparel, print bandanas and custom embroidered bandanas have a processing time of 3-4 weeks since each piece is made just for you based on your specifications. Because of this, these items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake on my end—no exceptions.

Our standard shipping for domestic U.S. orders is via USPS or UPS ground which delivers in 5 business days or less depending where you live. You can upgrade to a faster shipping option during checkout.
If USPS or UPS states it was delivered and you don't see it, please wait 24 hours. Sometimes, they can mark things as delivered early, when really they haven't been. Unfortunately once items ship it is out of our hands and you will need to open a ticket with USPS/UPS respectively to locate the package. We do! We ask that you keep in mind any possible customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on country.
Also, remember that international orders take a bit longer to get to their destination once they are shipped.
Returns Unfortunately, no. Because we make every item to order for you and your pup we do not accept returns. We recommend ensuring you measure your dogs neck size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us via the contact page here or at info@califluffco.com so we can discuss and exchange.
Exchanges We will only exchange an item if it arrived damaged, and all exchanges must be completed within 48 hours of you receiving your package.
