West Portal Natural Peanut Butter and Berry Dog Biscuits are made with human-grade ingredients. They use rye instead of wheat, are made to order, and are US-sourced, made on the West Coast.

How long will it take until you ship my items?
Ready To Ship Products
Pre-made walk bags, water bottles, slow feeders, lick mats, and walk accessories (poop loops, poop bag holders) are shipped within 5 business days!
Custom Products
Cups, mugs, apparel and custom embroidered bandanas have a processing time of 3-4 weeks since each piece is made just for you based on your specifications. Because of this, these items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake on my end, no exceptions.
✨ Heads up! During big launches, sales, or the holiday rush, processing time will be the full 4 weeks. Thanks for your patience and support!
What shipping service do you use?
Our standard shipping for domestic U.S. orders is via USPS or UPS ground which delivers in 5 business days or less depending where you live. You can upgrade to a faster shipping option during checkout.
My package says it was delivered but I don't see it, can you re-send it?
If USPS or UPS states it was delivered and you don't see it, please wait 24 hours. Sometimes, they can mark things as delivered early, when really they haven't been. Unfortunately once items ship it is out of our hands and you will need to open a ticket with USPS/UPS respectively to locate the package. As this is an error on their fault, we ask you go through their methods. Please review the full Cali Fluff Co. shipping policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ask that you keep in mind any possible customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on country.
Also, remember that international orders take a bit longer to get to their destination once they are shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns
Unfortunately, no. Because we make every item to order for you and your pup we do not accept returns. We recommend ensuring you measure your dogs neck size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us via the contact page here or at support@califluffco.com so we can discuss and exchange.
Exchanges
We will only exchange an item if it arrived damaged, and all exchanges must be completed within 48 hours of you receiving your package.
I purchased the wrong size, what can I do?
If you catch it before your order ships let us know and we will fix it on the backend. However, due to the items being handmade if you receive your order and it's the wrong size there's no returns, refunds or exchanges.
I forgot to use my discount code, can I use it now?
Unfortunately no. But if you want to give a brand rep credit for referring you, email us at support@califluffco.com and we can manually do it.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately no, you may only use one code per order.
Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
Yes, you can enter them one by one, however please note the max is 3 per order.
QuestionI'm trying to check out with gift cards and my credit card and receiving an error?
If you've entered your gift cards and trying to complete the remaining balance with a credit card, your balance has to be $.50 or more otherwise you will receive an error.
Where are designs placed on the bandana?
Our designs are placed on the lower half of the bandana. This is based on customer feedback to keep the embroidery visible, even when the bandana is folded!
Can I request my design to be higher?
Absolutely! If you prefer the design stitched a bit higher, just mention it in the customization box during checkout and we’ll take care of it.
How many characters can I include in my design?
The size of your bandana and the length of your customization both affect how big your embroidery will be. To keep things looking crisp and cute, here’s the max number of characters (including spaces) I recommend per line:
- X-SMALL: up to 19 characters
- SMALL: up to 21 characters
- MEDIUM: up to 26 characters
- LARGE: up to 27 characters
- X-LARGE: up to 30 characters
If you're not sure if your phrase will fit, just note in your customization box that it can be broken up to fit best.
What is Fluff Pack?
Fluff Pack is Cali Fluff Co.’s membership for our most loyal fluff parents. Members get early access to launches, exclusive embroidery colors and designs, access to the member-only mockup tool, and first looks at what’s coming next.
How much does Fluff Pack cost?
Fluff Pack is $8/month and can be managed anytime inside your Cali Fluff Co. account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime through your account.
Once canceled, Fluff Pack access ends immediately and you will not be billed again.
How do I access my Fluff Pack perks?
Log into your Cali Fluff Co. account using the email you signed up with. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access member-only colors, tools, and exclusives when available.
Where do I find Fluff Pack exclusives on the site?
After logging in, navigate to:
About → Fluff Pack Exclusives
If you don’t see anything there, it may mean customs are currently closed (more on that below).
Why don’t I see exclusive colors or products right now?
Some Fluff Pack perks, like exclusive colors and designs, are tied to when customs are open.
If customs are closed:
• You’ll still have access to your mockup tool
• You’ll still get early launch notice
• You’ll be first in line when new exclusives drop
How will I know when new exclusive colors or designs are coming?
Fluff Pack members always get early email notice before new colors, designs, or launches go live.
Do Fluff Pack exclusives stay forever?
Fluff Pack exclusive designs remain available for members. Exclusive colors stay available as long as inventory lasts.
If an exclusive color sells out or is discontinued by our supplier, it may be retired, but we always work to bring in new member-only options.
What is the Fluff Pack mockup tool?
It’s a member-only design tool that lets you preview exclusive colors and plan your fluff’s look before launches.
Fluff Pack members typically get access to tool updates 2-3 weeks before each launch.
When do I get access to new mockup tool updates?
Do I need to be a Fluff Pack member to shop Cali Fluff Co.?
No, but Fluff Pack members get early access, exclusive options, and insider perks not available to the public.
How do I update my payment or membership info?
Log into your Cali Fluff Co. account and manage your membership directly from your account dashboard.
I signed up but don’t see my perks, what should I do?
First, make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used to sign up. Note it can take up to 5-minutes for your welcome email to arrive.
