Before placing an order, please take a moment to review this page. By ordering, you agree to the listed processing time before your order is shipped.

Processing time refers to the number of days it takes to create your order before it ships. This does not include shipping time.

If your order includes items from different processing time categories, your entire order will follow the longest processing time window. For example, if you order both a apparel item for you and a custom embroidered bandana, your order will be processed under the custom product timeline.

Ready To Ship Products

Pre-made walk bags, water bottles, slow feeders, lick mats, and walk accessories (poop loops, poop bag holders), along with other in-stock items ship within 5 business days!

Made to Order/Custom Products

Cups, mugs, apparel, print bandanas and custom embroidered bandanas have a processing time of 3-4 weeks since each piece is made just for you based on your specifications. Because of this, these items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake on my end—no exceptions.
