It features a smiley face on the left chest with 'Mental Health Matters' on the right sleeve. You can opt to have your design embroidered, or the 'regular' way which is how all other CFC apparel is made–DTG (direct to garment printing).

100% of the profits of the Ralph bandana will go toward National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
