Refund Policy

All of our items are handmade so at this time we are unable to accept returns. This is because we will not re-sell the items. Please ensure you refer to the sizing guide for bandanas prior to purchasing, if you're unsure reach out and we are happy to help you!

We will accept exchanges if an item arrived damaged to you, or we send you the wrong item on accident. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, with any applicable tags on them, in their packaging. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right. If your exchange is accepted, you'll receive an email with a shipping label.
